TERMS OF SERVICE

Article 1 - Definitions
The following definitions apply in these Terms and Conditions:

Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal;
Consumer: the natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a profession or trade and who concludes a distance contract with the trader;
Day: calendar day;
Enduring transaction: a distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services, the obligation to deliver and/or purchase being spread over time;
Durable medium: any medium enabling the consumer or the trader to store information addressed personally to him in a way accessible for future reference and unaltered reproduction of the stored information;
Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to renounce the distance contract within the reflection period;
Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to consumers at a distance;
Distance contract: an agreement whereby, within the framework of a system organised by the entrepreneur for the distance sale of products and/or services, until the conclusion of the contract, one or more distance communication techniques are used exclusively;
Technique of distance communication: means that can be used to conclude an agreement, without the consumer and entrepreneur being in the same room at the same time;
General Terms and Conditions: these General Terms and Conditions of the entrepreneur.

Article 3 - Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers of the entrepreneur and to all distance contracts and orders concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Prior to the conclusion of the distance contract, the text of these general terms and conditions shall be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it shall be indicated before the distance contract is concluded that the general terms and conditions can be viewed at the entrepreneur's premises and shall be sent to the consumer free of charge as soon as possible upon request.

If the distance contract is concluded electronically, contrary to the preceding paragraph and prior to the conclusion of the distance contract, the text of these general terms and conditions may be made available to the consumer electronically in such a way that it can be easily stored by the consumer on a durable data carrier.

If one or more provisions of these general terms and conditions are at any time wholly or partially null and void, the agreement and these conditions remain in force.


Article 4 - The offer

The offer is without obligation. The entrepreneur is entitled to change and adjust the offer.

All images, specifications and data are indicative and cannot give rise to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.

Prices shown exclude possible import VAT and customs clearance fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Article 5 - The contract

The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the conditions.

The entrepreneur may refuse an order or attach additional conditions if there is reason to do so.


Article 6 - Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 5 minutes after being placed. Due to automated processing, orders cannot be cancelled after this period.


Article 7 - Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product.

The product must be returned in original condition and packaging.

The consumer must notify the entrepreneur via email within 14 days and return the product within 14 days thereafter.


Article 8 - Costs in case of withdrawal

Return shipping costs are at the expense of the consumer.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned product.


Article 9 - Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for:

  • Custom-made products

  • Hygiene products

  • Sealed items that have been opened

  • Products that cannot be returned for health reasons


Article 10 - The price

Prices are subject to changes.

We do not use the IOSS system. Import VAT and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

We act as an intermediary between the customer and international fulfilment partners. Products are shipped from outside the EU.


Article 11 - Conformity and guarantee

Products must meet reasonable expectations of quality and usability.

Complaints must be reported within 14 days after delivery.


Article 12 - Delivery and Implementation

Delivery will be carried out within a reasonable timeframe (usually within 30 days).

If delivery is delayed, the consumer will be informed.


Article 13 - Duration of transactions

The consumer may terminate ongoing agreements at any time with a notice period of one month.


Article 14 - Payment

Payment must be made immediately upon placing the order.


Article 15 - Complaint procedure

Complaints must be submitted within 7 days after discovery.

The entrepreneur will respond within 14 days.


Article 16 - Disputes

Dutch law applies exclusively to all agreements.
